Lynn is a Masters of Counselling Psychology student who is completing her practicum, and providing low-cost counselling, at Alliance Counselling and Assessment. Her dedication to provide competent mental health care comes from her experiences working with teenagers and adolescents in childcare and mentoring settings. Due to her experiences in the field, she really understands what young people go through emotionally and works towards providing a nurturing environment in which individuals can feel safe and comfortable discussing their feelings and experiences, without fears of judgement or prejudice. People know Lynn as being kind, caring, and good at talking with others. She believes that therapy should be a place where people can feel good about expressing yourself. Lynn is serious about her work and always acts professionally. She helps people aged 10 and older, both online and in person. She uses what she's learned from school and her experiences to help her clients feel better about themselves and their lives.
