She also has experience and interest counselling individuals with developmental disabilities. Before transitioning into therapy, Michelle spent over 8 years in the non-profit sector, working with children, families, and individuals with developmental disabilities. This work deepened her understanding of resilience, connection, and the importance of personalized care in overcoming barriers and fostering growth.
