Rohan graduated from City University of Seattle in 2017. They have dedicated their life to supporting and advocating for sustainable community-based mental health care, and have experience working with youth, adults, groups, couples, and families. As a non-binary racialized therapist, Rohan prioritizes accessible mental health care for queer and trans communities in their work, however, they enjoy working with many different communities and people from all walks of life. Rohan believes that everyone has a story, and these stories deserve to be heard and honoured in a safe and supportive space. They support people who are navigating complex trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, domestic violence, substance use, neurodivergence (such as ADHD and ASD), etc. Rohan previously worked as a therapist at Boyle Street Community Services. As well as contracting out Alliance Psychological Services, Rohan currently contracts out of CHEW, supporting the mental wellness of queer and trans houseless youth. They also run their own private practice called Shyne Counselling. |
