Sydney is a Master of Counselling student at City University of Seattle completing her practicum. Sydney has worked in the justice system for the past six years, working with clients from all backgrounds with different concerns, such as trauma, anxiety and depression, and grief and loss. Sydney believes in working with clients to create a safe and non-judgmental environment, where clients can begin to explore all of life’s challenges. Using a variety of therapeutic techniques, Sydney aims to collaborate with clients to find an approach that works best for them to reach their goals. She believes all clients have the ability to create a life where they feel empowered and fulfilled. Outside of the office, Sydney enjoys spending time with friends and family and engaging in physical activity, while also taking time to enjoy some rest and relaxation. |
